Scope of Work
- Remove all rubbish and debris from the road surface and surrounding areas.
- Sweep the road surface to remove dust and loose particles.
- Sanitise any areas with visible stains or spills using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Inspect and clean drainage grates to ensure they are free from blockages.
- Ensure all signage is clean and visible.
- Check and clean any lighting fixtures for visibility and safety.
Method
- Conduct a visual inspection of the entire emergency access road to identify areas requiring attention.
- Use a broom or mechanical sweeper to remove loose debris and dust from the road surface.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish in designated rubbish bins.
- Apply a suitable cleaning agent to any stained areas and scrub with a brush.
- Rinse the cleaned areas with water and ensure no residue is left.
- Inspect drainage grates and remove any blockages using appropriate tools.
- Wipe down signage and lighting fixtures with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
