Scope of Work

  • Remove all debris and rubbish from the parking area.
  • Sweep and mop the entire floor surface using appropriate cleaning solutions.
  • Sanitise all high-touch surfaces, including door handles and control panels.
  • Dust and wipe down all visible surfaces, including walls and equipment.
  • Ensure all drains and water outlets are free from blockages and clean.
  • Inspect and clean any signage for visibility and cleanliness.
  • Use colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.

Method

  1. Begin by removing all visible rubbish and debris, placing it in designated rubbish bins.
  2. Sweep the entire area to remove dust and loose dirt.
  3. Prepare a mop with a suitable industrial cleaning solution and mop the floor thoroughly.
  4. Use a sanitising spray on all high-touch surfaces and wipe with a clean cloth.
  5. Dust all surfaces using a microfibre cloth to capture fine particles.
  6. Check and clean all drains, ensuring they are free from obstructions.
  7. Inspect signage and clean with a damp cloth to maintain visibility.
