Scope of Work
- Remove all debris and rubbish from the parking area.
- Sweep and mop the entire floor surface using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Sanitise all high-touch surfaces, including door handles and control panels.
- Dust and wipe down all visible surfaces, including walls and equipment.
- Ensure all drains and water outlets are free from blockages and clean.
- Inspect and clean any signage for visibility and cleanliness.
- Use colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.
Method
- Begin by removing all visible rubbish and debris, placing it in designated rubbish bins.
- Sweep the entire area to remove dust and loose dirt.
- Prepare a mop with a suitable industrial cleaning solution and mop the floor thoroughly.
- Use a sanitising spray on all high-touch surfaces and wipe with a clean cloth.
- Dust all surfaces using a microfibre cloth to capture fine particles.
- Check and clean all drains, ensuring they are free from obstructions.
- Inspect signage and clean with a damp cloth to maintain visibility.
