Scope of Work

  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the service road.

Method

  1. Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris using a trolley and dispose of it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
  2. Sweep the entire service road using a broom to remove loose dirt and dust.
  3. Prepare a mop bucket with a suitable cleaning solution and mop the surface thoroughly.
  4. Use a sanitising spray on high-touch areas and wipe with a clean cloth.
  5. Check all drains and gutters, removing any blockages with a brush or similar tool.
  6. Clean signage using a mild detergent and water, ensuring no streaks or residue remain.
  7. Use a graffiti remover for any markings, following product instructions carefully.

Pass Some rubbish or debris is present but does not obstruct use. High-touch areas have some marks. Drains and gutters have minor blockages. Signage is readable but may have some streaks.
Fail Significant rubbish or debris obstructs use. High-touch areas are visibly dirty. Drains and gutters are blocked. Signage is unreadable due to dirt or streaks.
