Scope of Work

  • Dusting of all accessible surfaces within the air handling unit.
  • Vacuuming of filters and surrounding areas to remove dust and debris.
  • Wiping down of all internal and external surfaces with a damp cloth.
  • Sanitising of all high-touch surfaces within the unit.
  • Removal of any rubbish or debris found within the unit.

Method

  1. Ensure the unit is powered down and locked out for safety.
  2. Use a vacuum with a HEPA filter to remove dust from filters and surfaces.
  3. Wipe down all surfaces with a damp microfibre cloth.
  4. Apply a sanitising solution to high-touch areas and allow to air dry.
  5. Inspect the unit for any remaining debris and remove accordingly.

Quality Criteria

Performance Level Criteria
Excellent No visible dust or debris; all surfaces are sanitised and free of marks; filters are visibly clean; no odours present.
Good Minor dust present in non-critical areas; surfaces are mostly clean and sanitised; filters are mostly clean; no strong odours present.
Pass Some dust and debris present; surfaces are generally clean but may have some marks; filters show some dust accumulation; slight odours may be present.
Fail Visible dust and debris; surfaces are dirty or unsanitised; filters are clogged; strong odours present.

Documentation
