Scope of Work

  • Dust all surfaces, including machinery, pipes, and ledges.
  • Sanitise high-touch areas such as door handles and control panels.
  • Vacuum floors to remove dust and debris.
  • Mop floors with appropriate cleaning solution to remove stains and spills.
  • Empty rubbish bins and replace liners.
  • Inspect and clean air vents and filters to ensure optimal air quality.
  • Use colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.

Method

  1. Prepare the cleaning trolley with all necessary equipment and supplies, ensuring colour-coded cloths and mops are used.
  2. Dust all surfaces using a microfibre cloth, starting from the highest points and working downwards.
  3. Sanitise high-touch areas with a disinfectant spray and wipe with a clean cloth.
  4. Vacuum the floor using an industrial vacuum cleaner, paying special attention to corners and under equipment.
  5. Mop the floor with a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
  6. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste according to facility protocols.
  7. Inspect air vents and filters, cleaning them with a vacuum or damp cloth as needed.
