Good Surfaces are mostly clean with minor dust in less accessible areas. Floors have minimal stains. Rubbish bins are empty and mostly clean.
Pass Surfaces are generally clean but may have visible dust. Floors have some stains. Rubbish bins are emptied but may have slight odours.
Fail Surfaces have visible dirt and dust. Floors are stained and sticky. Rubbish bins are full or have strong odours.

Documentation
