Scope of Work

  • Dust all horizontal surfaces including benches, shelves, and ledges.
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs.
  • Mop all hard floors with a neutral detergent.
  • Sanitise all touchpoints including door handles, light switches, and taps.
  • Empty and clean rubbish bins, replacing liners as needed.
  • Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces.
  • Wipe down and sanitise prayer mats and cushions.
  • Ensure all surfaces are free from stains, marks, and odours.

Method

  1. Begin by dusting all horizontal surfaces using a microfibre cloth to capture dust effectively.
  2. Vacuum carpeted areas using a HEPA-filter vacuum to minimise airborne particles.
  3. Mop hard floors with a neutral pH detergent, ensuring no residue is left behind.
  4. Use a disinfectant solution to sanitise all touchpoints, allowing appropriate contact time for efficacy.
  5. Empty rubbish bins, clean with a disinfectant wipe, and replace liners.
  6. Clean mirrors and glass with a glass cleaner, ensuring streak-free results.
  7. Wipe down prayer mats and cushions with a sanitising wipe, ensuring they are dry before use.
  8. Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas are clean and free from odours.

Excellent All surfaces are spotless, no dust or debris visible, all touchpoints are sanitised, and the room has a pleasant odour.
Good Minor dust or debris on less than 5% of surfaces, all touchpoints sanitised, and no unpleasant odours.
Pass Some dust or debris on less than 10% of surfaces, most touchpoints sanitised, and no strong odours.
Fail Visible dust or debris on more than 10% of surfaces, touchpoints not sanitised, or presence of unpleasant odours.
