Scope of Work

  • Dust all surfaces including shelves, countertops, and equipment.
  • Sanitize all high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and control panels.
  • Vacuum and mop floors to remove dirt and prevent slip hazards.
  • Wipe down and disinfect laundry machines, including doors and control panels.
  • Clean and sanitize sinks and surrounding areas.
  • Empty and sanitize waste bins.
  • Ensure all cleaning products are stored safely and securely.

Method

  1. Begin by dusting all surfaces using microfiber cloths to capture dust particles effectively.
  2. Apply a suitable disinfectant to all high-touch areas and allow the recommended contact time before wiping clean.
  3. Vacuum the floor thoroughly, paying attention to corners and under equipment.
  4. Mop the floor using a neutral pH cleaner to prevent damage to flooring materials.
  5. Wipe down laundry machines with a disinfectant, ensuring all detergent residues are removed.
  6. Clean sinks with a non-abrasive cleaner and disinfect thoroughly.
  7. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and sanitize the bin surfaces.

Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
