Scope of Work

  • Wipe down and disinfect all horizontal surfaces including tables and countertops.
  • Empty waste bins and replace liners.
  • Clean and sanitize restroom facilities within the on-call room.

Method

  1. Begin by dusting all surfaces using a microfiber cloth to capture dust and allergens.
  2. Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly, ensuring corners and under furniture are addressed.
  3. Mop hard floors using a disinfectant solution, ensuring no residue is left.
  4. Use a disinfectant wipe or spray to sanitize high-touch areas, allowing appropriate contact time for effectiveness.
  5. Wipe down all horizontal surfaces with a disinfectant cleaner, ensuring even coverage.
  6. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and sanitize the bin exterior.
  7. Clean restroom facilities using appropriate cleaners for toilets, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.

Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
