Scope of Work

  • Dust all surfaces including shelves, countertops, and storage units.
  • Sanitize all high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches.
  • Vacuum and mop the floor to remove dust and debris.
  • Wipe down and disinfect all storage containers and bins.
  • Ensure all cleaning agents and supplies are stored properly and labeled correctly.
  • Remove any visible stains or spills immediately.

Method

  1. Begin by removing all items from surfaces to ensure thorough cleaning.
  2. Use a microfiber cloth to dust all surfaces, starting from the top and working downwards.
  3. Apply a disinfectant solution to high-touch areas and allow it to sit for the recommended contact time before wiping clean.
  4. Vacuum the floor using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner to capture fine particles.
  5. Mop the floor with a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
  6. Wipe down storage containers with a disinfectant wipe and allow them to air dry.
  7. Return all items to their original places, ensuring they are organized and accessible.

Pass Basic cleaning completed, surfaces generally clean but may have some minor dust or marks. Acceptable standard for routine operations.
Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
