  4. Vacuum and mop floors using a neutral pH cleaner to prevent damage to flooring.
  5. Dispose of rubbish in designated waste disposal areas and sanitise bins.

Pass Surfaces have visible dust. High-touch areas are not fully sanitised. Floors have visible dirt and residue. Mild odours present. Bins are not emptied or sanitised.
Fail Surfaces are dusty and unclean. High-touch areas are unsanitised. Floors are dirty with significant residue. Strong odours present. Bins are overflowing and unsanitised.
