Scope of Work

  • Sanitising all surfaces, including floors, walls, and equipment.

Method

  1. Prepare the area by removing any loose debris and placing signage to indicate cleaning in progress.
  2. Use a trolley to transport cleaning supplies and equipment to the site.
  3. Apply a suitable disinfectant to all surfaces, allowing appropriate contact time as per manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Scrub surfaces with a brush or cloth, focusing on high-touch areas.
  5. Rinse surfaces with clean water and dry with a clean cloth.
  6. Mop floors using a disinfectant solution, ensuring even coverage.
  7. Dispose of rubbish in designated bins and replace bin liners.
  8. Inspect the area to ensure all tasks are completed to standard.

Good Minor traces of dirt; surfaces are mostly sanitised and dry; slight odour may be present; drains are mostly clear.
Pass Visible dirt in low-traffic areas; surfaces are partially sanitised; noticeable odour; drains are functional but may have minor blockages.
Fail Visible dirt and stains; surfaces are not sanitised; strong odour present; drains are blocked or overflowing.
