Scope of Work

  • Dusting of all surfaces including walls, ceilings, and equipment.
  • Wet mopping of floors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
  • Sanitising of high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and workbenches.
  • Emptying and cleaning of rubbish bins.
  • Cleaning and sanitising of washroom facilities.
  • Removal of paint residues and spills from all surfaces.
  • Cleaning of air vents and filters to prevent dust accumulation.

Method

  1. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination.
  2. Begin with dusting all surfaces using microfibre cloths to capture dust particles.
  3. Wet mop floors with a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left.
  4. Sanitise high-touch areas with a disinfectant approved for industrial use.
  5. Empty rubbish bins and replace liners, ensuring bins are sanitised.
  6. Use appropriate solvents to remove paint residues from surfaces.
  7. Clean air vents and filters using a vacuum with a HEPA filter.

Performance Level Criteria
Excellent All surfaces are free from dust and paint residues. Floors are spotless with no visible marks. High-touch areas are sanitised and free from fingerprints. Air vents are clean with no dust accumulation.
Good Minor dust on surfaces but no paint residues. Floors have minimal marks. High-touch areas are mostly sanitised. Air vents have slight dust.
Pass Noticeable dust on surfaces and some paint residues. Floors have visible marks. High-touch areas are partially sanitised. Air vents have moderate dust.
Fail Significant dust and paint residues on surfaces. Floors are dirty with numerous marks. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Air vents are clogged with dust.
