Scope of Work
- Dust all surfaces including shelves, ledges, and equipment.
- Sanitise all high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and treatment tables.
- Vacuum and mop floors using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Empty and sanitise rubbish bins, replacing liners as needed.
- Clean and sanitise sinks and taps.
- Ensure all cleaning is conducted using a colour-coded system to prevent cross-contamination.
- Check and restock supplies such as hand sanitiser and paper towels.
Method
- Prepare the cleaning trolley with all necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring colour-coded cloths and mops are used.
- Dust all surfaces from top to bottom to prevent recontamination.
- Sanitise high-touch areas using a hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Vacuum the floor thoroughly, paying attention to corners and under furniture.
- Mop the floor with a disinfectant solution, ensuring no residue is left.
- Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin interior and exterior.
- Clean and sanitise sinks and taps, ensuring no water spots or residue remain.
- Restock supplies, ensuring all dispensers are functioning correctly.
