Scope of Work

  • Dust all surfaces, including plant shelves, tables, and windowsills.
  • Sanitize all high-touch areas, such as door handles and light switches.
  • Vacuum and mop all floor areas to remove dirt and debris.
  • Wipe down all glass surfaces, including windows and partitions, to ensure clarity and cleanliness.
  • Remove any cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
  • Clean and sanitize any seating areas or benches.
  • Empty and sanitize waste bins.

Method

  1. Begin by dusting all surfaces using microfiber cloths to capture dust and allergens.
  2. Sanitize high-touch areas with an approved disinfectant, ensuring contact time as per manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Vacuum floors using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner to minimize airborne particles.
  4. Mop floors with a neutral pH cleaner to avoid damage to flooring materials.
  5. Use a glass cleaner and squeegee for streak-free windows and glass surfaces.
  6. Inspect for and remove cobwebs using an extendable duster.
  7. Wipe down seating areas with a disinfectant wipe.
  8. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and sanitize the bin interior and exterior.

Good Most surfaces clean with minimal dust or minor marks. Generally tidy appearance. All major cleaning tasks completed satisfactorily.
Pass Basic cleaning completed, surfaces generally clean but may have some minor dust or marks. Acceptable standard for routine operations.
Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
