Scope of Work

  • Dust all surfaces including shelves, tables, and equipment.
  • Sanitize workbenches and potting tables.
  • Sweep and mop floors to remove dirt and debris.
  • Clean and disinfect sinks and water fixtures.
  • Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings.
  • Empty and sanitize waste bins.
  • Wipe down and sanitize door handles and light switches.

Method

  1. Begin by dusting all surfaces using a microfiber cloth to capture dust particles.
  2. Apply a suitable disinfectant to workbenches and potting tables, allowing the solution to sit for the recommended contact time before wiping clean.
  3. Sweep the floor thoroughly to remove loose dirt and debris.
  4. Mop the floor using a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring all areas are covered.
  5. Clean sinks and water fixtures with a non-abrasive cleaner, followed by a disinfectant.
  6. Remove cobwebs using a long-handled duster.
  7. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and sanitize the interior and exterior of the bins.
  8. Wipe down door handles and light switches with a disinfectant wipe.

Good Most surfaces clean with minimal dust or minor marks. Generally tidy appearance. All major cleaning tasks completed satisfactorily.
Pass Basic cleaning completed, surfaces generally clean but may have some minor dust or marks. Acceptable standard for routine operations.
Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
