Scope of Work

  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the parking area.
  • Sweep and mop all hard surfaces, ensuring removal of dirt and stains.
  • Sanitise all high-touch surfaces, including ticket machines and lift buttons.
  • Clean and sanitise all signage and bollards.
  • Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and sanitised.
  • Remove any graffiti or markings from surfaces.
  • Check and clean any drainage grates to prevent blockages.

Method

  1. Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris, placing it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
  2. Use a broom to sweep the entire area, focusing on corners and edges.
  3. Prepare a mop and bucket with a suitable cleaning solution, and mop all hard surfaces.
  4. Use a sanitising spray and cloth to wipe down high-touch surfaces, ensuring thorough coverage.
  5. Empty all rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin surfaces.
  6. Use a graffiti remover for any markings, following product instructions.
  7. Inspect drainage grates, removing any debris to ensure proper water flow.
