Scope of Work

Pass Some debris present, surfaces show signs of cleaning but may have minor stains, markings are visible but may be slightly obstructed, odours present, drains partially blocked, and lighting mostly operational.
Fail Significant debris present, surfaces are dirty, markings are obstructed or unclear, strong odours present, drains blocked, and lighting not operational.
