Scope of Work

  • Dust all surfaces including seats, railings, and ledges.
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean stains.
  • Mop hard floors with appropriate cleaning solution.
  • Sanitise all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and handrails.
  • Empty rubbish bins and replace liners.
  • Clean and polish glass surfaces and mirrors.
  • Ensure all areas are free from cobwebs and visible dust.
  • Check and clean air vents and grilles.
  • Ensure all cleaning is conducted using colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.

Method

  1. Begin by dusting all surfaces using a microfibre cloth to capture dust effectively.
  2. Vacuum carpeted areas using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner to ensure dust and allergens are contained.
  3. Spot clean any stains on carpets using a suitable carpet cleaner.
  4. Mop hard floors with a neutral pH cleaner to avoid damage to surfaces.
  5. Sanitise high-touch surfaces with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
  6. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and ensure bins are clean and odour-free.
  7. Clean glass surfaces with a streak-free glass cleaner.
  8. Inspect and remove any cobwebs using an extendable duster.
  9. Clean air vents and grilles with a damp cloth to remove dust build-up.
