Scope of Work
- Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces.
- Wipe down and sanitize all kitchen equipment exteriors.
- Clean and sanitize sinks and faucets.
- Mop and sanitize floors.
- Dust and wipe all high-touch surfaces, including handles and switches.
- Empty and sanitize waste bins.
- Clean and sanitize refrigerator and freezer exteriors.
- Wipe down and sanitize walls and splashbacks.
- Clean and sanitize storage areas and shelves.
Method
- Remove all loose debris from surfaces and floors.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents to surfaces and allow dwell time as per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Scrub surfaces with non-abrasive pads or brushes.
- Rinse surfaces with clean water and dry with clean cloths.
- Apply sanitizing solution to all surfaces and allow to air dry.
- Mop floors with a disinfectant solution, ensuring no pooling of water.
- Use microfiber cloths for dusting and wiping to ensure maximum particle removal.
- Ensure all waste is disposed of in accordance with facility waste management protocols.
