Scope of Work
- Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces.
- Wash and disinfect sinks and faucets.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, including ovens, stoves, and microwaves.
- Wipe down and sanitize all kitchen cabinets and handles.
- Mop and sanitize kitchen floors.
- Empty and sanitize waste bins.
- Dust and clean all light fixtures and vents.
- Clean and sanitize refrigerator and freezer exteriors.
- Wipe down walls and remove any visible stains or marks.
Method
- Remove all items from surfaces and apply a food-safe cleaning solution.
- Scrub surfaces with a clean cloth or sponge, focusing on high-touch areas.
- Rinse surfaces with clean water and dry with a clean towel.
- Apply a food-safe sanitizer and allow to air dry.
- For floors, sweep debris and mop using a disinfectant solution.
- Empty waste bins, replace liners, and sanitize bin interiors and exteriors.
- Dust light fixtures and vents using a microfiber cloth.
- Clean appliance exteriors with appropriate cleaning agents and sanitize handles.
- Inspect walls for stains and clean using a mild detergent solution.
