Scope of Work

  • Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces.
  • Wash and disinfect sinks and faucets.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen appliances, including ovens, stoves, and microwaves.
  • Wipe down and sanitize all kitchen cabinets and handles.
  • Mop and sanitize kitchen floors.
  • Empty and sanitize waste bins.
  • Dust and clean all light fixtures and vents.
  • Clean and sanitize refrigerator and freezer exteriors.
  • Wipe down walls and remove any visible stains or marks.

Method

  1. Remove all items from surfaces and apply a food-safe cleaning solution.
  2. Scrub surfaces with a clean cloth or sponge, focusing on high-touch areas.
  3. Rinse surfaces with clean water and dry with a clean towel.
  4. Apply a food-safe sanitizer and allow to air dry.
  5. For floors, sweep debris and mop using a disinfectant solution.
  6. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and sanitize bin interiors and exteriors.
  7. Dust light fixtures and vents using a microfiber cloth.
  8. Clean appliance exteriors with appropriate cleaning agents and sanitize handles.
  9. Inspect walls for stains and clean using a mild detergent solution.

Good Most surfaces clean with minimal dust or minor marks. Generally tidy appearance. All major cleaning tasks completed satisfactorily.
Pass Basic cleaning completed, surfaces generally clean but may have some minor dust or marks. Acceptable standard for routine operations.
Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.

Documentation
