Scope of Work

  • Dust all horizontal surfaces including tables, chairs, and countertops.
  • Sanitize all dining tables and chairs.
  • Vacuum carpeted areas and rugs.
  • Mop hard floor surfaces with appropriate disinfectant.
  • Wipe down and sanitize all high-touch surfaces such as door handles and light switches.
  • Clean and sanitize all food preparation and serving areas.
  • Empty and sanitize waste bins.
  • Clean and polish glass surfaces and windows.

Method

  1. Begin by dusting all horizontal surfaces using a microfiber cloth to capture dust and allergens.
  2. Apply a food-safe sanitizer to all dining tables and chairs, ensuring full coverage and adequate contact time.
  3. Vacuum all carpeted areas using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner to reduce airborne particles.
  4. Mop hard floors with a disinfectant solution, ensuring the mop is regularly rinsed and changed.
  5. Use disinfectant wipes to clean high-touch surfaces, ensuring thorough coverage.
  6. Clean food preparation areas with a degreaser followed by a sanitizer, adhering to food safety standards.
  7. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and sanitize the interior and exterior of the bins.
  8. Use a glass cleaner to polish windows and glass surfaces, ensuring streak-free results.
