Scope of Work

Method

  1. Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and placing it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
  2. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to avoid cross-contamination, applying a sanitising solution to all high-touch surfaces.
  3. Prepare a mop with a non-slip cleaning solution and thoroughly mop the entire pool deck, paying special attention to corners and edges.
  4. Check all drains and remove any blockages to ensure proper drainage.
  5. Wipe down all signage with a damp cloth to ensure clarity and visibility.
  6. Inspect poolside furniture for cleanliness and wipe down with a sanitising solution.
  7. Ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.

Performance Level Criteria
Excellent All surfaces are visibly clean and free from debris, no odours present, all signage is clear and readable, drains are completely clear, and no water pooling is observed.
Good Minor debris present, surfaces are mostly clean, slight odours may be present, signage is mostly clear, drains are mostly clear with minor blockages, minimal water pooling.
Pass Noticeable debris, surfaces require additional cleaning, odours are noticeable, signage is partially obscured, drains have significant blockages, water pooling is evident.
Fail Significant debris, surfaces are visibly dirty, strong odours present, signage is unreadable, drains are blocked, extensive water pooling.
