Method

  1. Prepare cleaning trolley with all necessary supplies, ensuring colour-coded cloths and mops are used to prevent cross-contamination.
  2. Dust all surfaces using a damp microfibre cloth to capture dust effectively.
  3. Sanitise high-touch areas with a disinfectant spray, allowing appropriate dwell time for effectiveness.
  4. Mop floors using a wet mop and a neutral pH cleaning solution, ensuring no residue is left.
  5. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise bin surfaces.
  6. Wipe down ventilation grilles with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris.
  7. Inspect all cleaned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Pass Surfaces have some visible dust and smudges. Floors have visible residue. Mild odours present. High-touch areas are partially sanitised. Ventilation grilles have noticeable dust.
Fail Surfaces are visibly dirty with dust and smudges. Floors are dirty with significant residue. Strong odours present. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Ventilation grilles are clogged with dust.
