Scope of Work

  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the perimeter road and surrounding areas.
  • Sweep and clean all kerbs, gutters, and pathways adjacent to the perimeter road.
  • Sanitise all public seating and touchpoints along the perimeter road.
  • Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and cleaned regularly.
  • Remove any graffiti or markings from surfaces along the perimeter road.
  • Inspect and clean signage for visibility and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all drains and water outlets are free from blockages and debris.

Method

  1. Conduct a visual inspection of the perimeter road to identify areas requiring attention.
  2. Use a broom and dustpan to sweep debris and litter into a rubbish bag.
  3. Utilise a high-pressure hose to clean kerbs and gutters as needed.
  4. Apply a sanitising solution to public seating and touchpoints using a spray bottle and cloth.
  5. Empty rubbish bins into a trolley and replace bin liners.
  6. Use a graffiti removal solution to clean affected surfaces.
  7. Wipe down signage with a damp cloth to remove dirt and grime.
  8. Check drains and water outlets, removing any obstructions manually.
