Scope of Work

  • Dusting of all surfaces including shelves, counters, and display units.
  • Sanitising of high-touch areas such as door handles, taps, and payment terminals.
  • Vacuuming of carpeted areas and mopping of hard floors.
  • Cleaning and polishing of glass surfaces and mirrors.
  • Emptying and sanitising of rubbish bins.
  • Spot cleaning of walls and fixtures as needed.
  • Ensuring all cleaning is conducted using colour-coded systems to prevent cross-contamination.

Method

  1. Begin with dusting all surfaces using microfibre cloths, starting from higher surfaces and working downwards.
  2. Sanitise high-touch areas with an approved disinfectant, ensuring appropriate contact time for effectiveness.
  3. Vacuum carpeted areas using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner to minimise dust and allergens.
  4. Mop hard floors with a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
  5. Clean glass surfaces with a streak-free glass cleaner, using a squeegee for large areas.
  6. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin interior and exterior.
  7. Conduct spot cleaning of walls and fixtures as required, using appropriate cleaning agents.

Good Surfaces are mostly clean with minor dust or smudges. Floors are generally clean with minimal debris. High-touch areas are sanitised but may have minor marks. Rubbish bins are empty but may have slight odour.
Pass Surfaces have noticeable dust or smudges. Floors have visible debris. High-touch areas are sanitised but have visible marks. Rubbish bins are not overflowing but have noticeable odour.
Fail Surfaces are visibly dirty with significant dust and smudges. Floors are dirty with significant debris. High-touch areas are not sanitised and have visible marks. Rubbish bins are overflowing and have strong odour.
