Scope of Work

  • Remove all debris, leaves, and litter from the patio area.
  • Sweep and mop the patio floor to remove dirt and stains.
  • Wipe down all outdoor furniture, including tables and chairs, to remove dust and grime.
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as handrails and door handles.
  • Clean and sanitize any outdoor fixtures, such as light switches and door frames.
  • Ensure all cleaning agents used are suitable for outdoor use and safe for residents.

Method

  1. Begin by removing all visible debris and litter from the patio area.
  2. Sweep the entire patio floor to gather loose dirt and dust.
  3. Prepare a cleaning solution suitable for outdoor surfaces and mop the floor thoroughly.
  4. Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent to wipe down all outdoor furniture.
  5. Apply a disinfectant to high-touch surfaces and allow it to sit for the recommended contact time before wiping clean.
  6. Inspect the area to ensure all surfaces are clean and free of residue.

Pass Basic cleaning completed, surfaces generally clean but may have some minor dust or marks. Acceptable standard for routine operations.
Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
