Scope of Work

  • Remove all litter and debris from garden paths and seating areas.
  • Clean and sanitize all outdoor furniture, including benches and tables.
  • Sweep and mop garden paths to remove dirt and dust.
  • Wipe down and sanitize handrails and other frequently touched surfaces.
  • Ensure all waste bins are emptied and sanitized.
  • Clean and sanitize any outdoor recreational equipment.

Method

  1. Begin by collecting all visible litter and debris from the garden area.
  2. Use a broom to sweep garden paths, ensuring all dirt and dust are removed.
  3. Prepare a cleaning solution according to manufacturer instructions for sanitizing outdoor furniture and surfaces.
  4. Use a mop and bucket to clean garden paths, applying the cleaning solution evenly.
  5. Wipe down all outdoor furniture, handrails, and frequently touched surfaces with a cloth soaked in the cleaning solution.
  6. Empty waste bins, replace liners, and sanitize the interior and exterior of the bins.
  7. Inspect and clean any outdoor recreational equipment, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.

Pass Basic cleaning completed, surfaces generally clean but may have some minor dust or marks. Acceptable standard for routine operations.
Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
