Scope of Work

  • Remove all visible debris and litter from the ramp surface.
  • Dust and wipe down handrails and any adjacent surfaces.
  • Sanitize handrails and high-touch areas to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Spot clean any spills or stains immediately to prevent slipping hazards.
  • Mop the ramp surface with a suitable cleaning solution to remove dirt and grime.
  • Ensure all cleaning activities are conducted in a manner that minimizes disruption to facility residents and staff.

Method

  1. Begin by removing all visible debris and litter from the ramp using a broom or vacuum.
  2. Dust the handrails and adjacent surfaces with a microfiber cloth.
  3. Wipe down the handrails and high-touch areas with a disinfectant wipe.
  4. Spot clean any spills or stains using a damp cloth and appropriate cleaning agent.
  5. Mop the entire ramp surface with a mop and bucket filled with a suitable cleaning solution, ensuring even coverage.
  6. Allow the ramp to dry completely before allowing foot traffic.

Good Most surfaces clean with minimal dust or minor marks. Generally tidy appearance. All major cleaning tasks completed satisfactorily.
Pass Basic cleaning completed, surfaces generally clean but may have some minor dust or marks. Acceptable standard for routine operations.
Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.

Documentation
