Scope of Work
- Dusting all surfaces including bar counters, shelves, and decorative items.
- Sanitising bar counters, tables, and seating areas.
- Mopping floors with appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Cleaning and sanitising sinks and taps.
- Emptying and sanitising rubbish bins.
- Cleaning glassware and utensils to ensure no streaks or residues.
- Wiping down and sanitising high-touch areas such as door handles and light switches.
- Ensuring poolside furniture is clean and free of debris.
- Checking and replenishing hand sanitiser dispensers.
Method
- Begin by dusting all surfaces using a microfibre cloth to capture dust and prevent redistribution.
- Sanitise bar counters and tables using a food-safe sanitiser, ensuring all surfaces are wiped thoroughly.
- Mop floors using a neutral pH cleaner suitable for the flooring type, ensuring no slippery residues are left.
- Clean sinks and taps with a non-abrasive cleaner, ensuring all soap scum and watermarks are removed.
- Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin interior and exterior.
- Wash glassware and utensils in a dishwasher or by hand using hot water and detergent, ensuring they are dried and polished.
- Wipe down high-touch areas with a disinfectant wipe, ensuring all surfaces are covered.
- Inspect poolside furniture, wiping down with a damp cloth and removing any debris.
- Check hand sanitiser dispensers, refilling as necessary and ensuring they are functioning correctly.
