Scope of Work

Method

  1. Prepare the cleaning trolley with colour-coded cleaning cloths and solutions.
  2. Dust all surfaces using a damp microfibre cloth to minimise airborne particles.
  3. Sanitise high-touch areas with an approved disinfectant, ensuring contact time as per manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. Mop the floor using a two-bucket system to prevent cross-contamination.
  5. Dispose of waste in designated rubbish bins and replace liners.
  6. Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas meet quality criteria.

Good Minor dust on non-critical surfaces. Floors are clean with minimal streaks. High-touch areas are mostly sanitised with few marks. No strong odours present.
Pass Noticeable dust on some surfaces. Floors have visible streaks. High-touch areas have some marks. Mild odours may be present.
Fail Significant dust accumulation. Floors are dirty with streaks and residue. High-touch areas are visibly dirty. Strong odours present.

Documentation
