Scope of Work

Method
- Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris, placing it in the rubbish bin.
- Use a broom to sweep the entire parking area, focusing on corners and edges.
- Prepare a mop with a suitable cleaning solution and mop the parking surface, paying attention to stains and spills.
- Use a sanitising solution to wipe down high-touch surfaces, including handrails and lift buttons.
- Clean outdoor seating with a damp cloth and sanitising solution.
- Wipe down all signage with a damp cloth to ensure visibility.
- Empty rubbish bins and replace liners, then sanitise the bin surfaces.
- Use a duster or vacuum to remove cobwebs and dust from corners and ceilings.
- Inspect drainage grates and remove any debris to ensure proper drainage.
