Scope of Work
- Remove all debris and rubbish from the tarmac area.
- Pressure wash the tarmac surface to remove stains and spills.
- Sanitise high-touch areas such as handrails and benches.
- Inspect and clean all drains and gutters to prevent blockages.
- Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and sanitised.
- Check and clean any signage for visibility and cleanliness.
Method
- Conduct a preliminary inspection to identify areas requiring attention.
- Use a high-pressure washer to clean the tarmac surface, focusing on stained or heavily soiled areas.
- Apply a suitable sanitising solution to high-touch areas and allow to air dry.
- Manually remove debris from drains and gutters, ensuring water flow is unobstructed.
- Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin surfaces.
- Wipe down signage with a damp cloth and mild detergent to ensure visibility.
