Scope of Work

  • Remove all debris and rubbish from the tarmac area.
  • Pressure wash the tarmac surface to remove stains and spills.
  • Sanitise high-touch areas such as handrails and benches.
  • Inspect and clean all drains and gutters to prevent blockages.
  • Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and sanitised.
  • Check and clean any signage for visibility and cleanliness.

Method

  1. Conduct a preliminary inspection to identify areas requiring attention.
  2. Use a high-pressure washer to clean the tarmac surface, focusing on stained or heavily soiled areas.
  3. Apply a suitable sanitising solution to high-touch areas and allow to air dry.
  4. Manually remove debris from drains and gutters, ensuring water flow is unobstructed.
  5. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin surfaces.
  6. Wipe down signage with a damp cloth and mild detergent to ensure visibility.
