Scope of Work

  • Dust and wipe all display surfaces, including screens and frames.
  • Sanitise touchpoints such as buttons and interactive elements.
  • Remove smudges, fingerprints, and marks from screens.
  • Vacuum and mop surrounding floor area to remove dirt and debris.
  • Empty and clean rubbish bins in the vicinity.
  • Ensure all cleaning activities comply with Australian workplace health and safety requirements.

Method

  1. Use a microfibre cloth to dust and wipe display surfaces, ensuring no streaks are left behind.
  2. Apply a suitable sanitiser to touchpoints and allow to air dry.
  3. Use a screen-safe cleaner to remove smudges and fingerprints from screens.
  4. Vacuum the floor area using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner, followed by mopping with a neutral pH floor cleaner.
  5. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and clean bins with a disinfectant.

Good Minor dust or smudges on displays; touchpoints mostly sanitised; floors clean with minimal debris; bins emptied but not cleaned.
Pass Noticeable dust or smudges on displays; some touchpoints missed; floors have some debris; bins not emptied.
Fail Significant dust, smudges, or fingerprints on displays; touchpoints not sanitised; floors dirty with visible debris; bins overflowing.

Documentation
