Scope of Work

  • Dusting of all surfaces including shelves, counters, and decorative items.
  • Vacuuming of carpets and rugs.

  • Sanitising of massage tables, chairs, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and sanitising of toilets and washbasins.
  • Emptying and sanitising rubbish bins.
  • Cleaning of mirrors and glass surfaces.
  • Ensuring all areas are free from unpleasant odours.

Method

  1. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
  2. Start with dusting high surfaces and work downwards.
  3. Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly, paying attention to corners and edges.
  4. Mop hard floors with a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left.
  5. Sanitise massage tables and equipment with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
  6. Clean toilets with a toilet-specific cleaner, ensuring all surfaces are scrubbed.
  7. Empty rubbish bins and replace liners, sanitising the bin interior.
  8. Clean mirrors and glass with a streak-free glass cleaner.
  9. Use air fresheners or natural odour absorbers to maintain a pleasant scent.

Good Minor dust on high surfaces. Floors are clean with minimal marks. Pleasant odour maintained. Toilets and basins are clean with no visible stains. Rubbish bins are empty.
Pass Noticeable dust on surfaces. Floors have some marks. Slight odour present. Toilets and basins are generally clean but with some water spots. Rubbish bins are not overflowing.
Fail Visible dust and debris on surfaces. Floors are dirty with significant marks. Unpleasant odour present. Toilets and basins have visible stains. Rubbish bins are overflowing.
