Scope of Work

  • Dusting all surfaces, including silo exteriors and surrounding areas.
  • Sanitising high-touch areas and surfaces.
  • Vacuuming floors and removing debris.
  • Mopping hard floor surfaces with appropriate cleaning solutions.
  • Emptying and sanitising rubbish bins.
  • Cleaning and sanitising any accessible equipment surfaces.

Method

  1. Prepare the area by removing any loose debris and ensuring safety protocols are in place.
  2. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to prevent cross-contamination.
  3. Dust all surfaces using microfibre cloths to capture dust particles effectively.
  4. Sanitise high-touch areas with approved disinfectants.
  5. Vacuum floors using industrial-grade vacuum cleaners.
  6. Mop floors with a neutral pH cleaner suitable for industrial environments.
  7. Dispose of rubbish in designated bins and sanitise bin surfaces.

Performance Level Criteria
Excellent All surfaces are free of dust and debris; floors are spotless and dry; no visible stains or marks; high-touch areas are sanitised and free of smudges; rubbish bins are empty and sanitised.
Good Minor dust on non-essential surfaces; floors are clean with minimal streaks; high-touch areas are mostly sanitised; rubbish bins are empty but may have minor residue.
Pass Noticeable dust on surfaces; floors have visible streaks or minor debris; high-touch areas are partially sanitised; rubbish bins are not overflowing but not fully sanitised.
Fail Excessive dust and debris on surfaces; floors are dirty or sticky; high-touch areas are not sanitised; rubbish bins are overflowing or unsanitised.
