Scope of Work

  • Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces including sinks, toilets, and showers.
  • Dusting and wiping of all fixtures and fittings.
  • Mopping of floors with appropriate disinfectant solutions.
  • Cleaning of mirrors and glass surfaces to remove smudges and streaks.
  • Emptying and sanitizing waste bins.
  • Replenishing of soap dispensers, toilet paper, and other consumables.

Method

  1. Begin by removing all waste and disposing of it in the designated area.
  2. Dust all surfaces, including ledges and fixtures, using a microfiber cloth.
  3. Apply disinfectant cleaner to sinks, toilets, and showers, allowing it to sit for the recommended dwell time.
  4. Scrub surfaces with appropriate brushes or cloths, then rinse thoroughly.
  5. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces with a glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
  6. Mop the floor using a disinfectant solution, starting from the farthest corner and working towards the exit.
  7. Replenish all consumables and ensure dispensers are functioning properly.

Pass Basic cleaning completed, surfaces generally clean but may have some minor dust or marks. Acceptable standard for routine operations.
Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
