Scope of Work

  • Remove all debris and waste from the curing oven area.
  • Dust all surfaces including ledges, equipment exteriors, and control panels.
  • Sanitise all high-touch surfaces such as handles, switches, and control panels.
  • Vacuum and mop floors to remove dust and spills.
  • Inspect and clean air vents and filters to prevent dust accumulation.
  • Ensure all cleaning is performed using colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.

Method

  1. Begin by removing all loose debris and placing it in the appropriate rubbish bins.
  2. Use a microfibre cloth to dust all surfaces, starting from the highest point and working downwards.
  3. Apply a suitable sanitising solution to high-touch surfaces and allow it to dwell for the recommended time before wiping clean.
  4. Vacuum the floor using an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter.
  5. Mop the floor using a damp mop and a neutral pH cleaner, ensuring no residue is left behind.
  6. Inspect air vents and filters, clean using a vacuum or damp cloth as necessary.

Fail Significant dust and debris on surfaces; high-touch areas are unsanitised; floors are dirty with visible spills; air vents are clogged with dust.
