Scope of Work

  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the beach access area.
  • Sanitise all handrails, seating, and touchpoints.
  • Sweep and mop all hard surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitise public toilets and change rooms.
  • Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and cleaned.
  • Inspect and clean all signage and information boards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of pathways and entry points.

Method

  1. Begin by collecting all visible rubbish and debris, placing it in appropriate rubbish bins.
  2. Use a colour-coded cleaning system to sanitise handrails, seating, and other touchpoints.
  3. Sweep all hard surfaces to remove sand and dirt, then mop with a suitable cleaning solution.
  4. Clean and sanitise toilets and change rooms, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected.
  5. Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and clean the bins with a disinfectant.
  6. Wipe down all signage and information boards with a damp cloth.
  7. Inspect pathways and entry points, removing any litter or debris.

Fail Significant rubbish or debris; surfaces are dirty; strong odour present; bins are overflowing; signage is dirty and unreadable.
