Scope of Work
- Dust all surfaces, including equipment and shelving.
- Sanitise all high-touch surfaces, including taps, handles, and control panels.
- Mop floors with a disinfectant solution.
- Empty and sanitise rubbish bins.
- Clean and sanitise sinks and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all cleaning is performed using a colour-coded system to prevent cross-contamination.
Method
- Prepare the cleaning trolley with all necessary supplies, ensuring colour-coded cloths and mops are used.
- Dust all surfaces using a damp microfibre cloth to capture dust and prevent dispersal.
- Sanitise high-touch surfaces with an approved disinfectant, allowing appropriate contact time for effectiveness.
- Mop the floor using a two-bucket system to ensure clean water is used throughout the process.
- Empty rubbish bins, replace liners, and sanitise the bin interior and exterior.
- Clean sinks with a non-abrasive cleaner, ensuring all residue is removed, and sanitise taps and surrounding surfaces.
