Scope of Work

  • Remove all rubbish and debris from landscaped areas.
  • Sanitise outdoor seating and fixtures.
  • Clean and sanitise pathways and walkways.
  • Dust and wipe down outdoor signage and fixtures.
  • Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and sanitised.
  • Maintain cleanliness of water features and fountains.
  • Ensure all cleaning activities comply with Australian workplace health and safety standards.

Method

  1. Inspect the area for any rubbish or debris and remove it promptly.
  2. Use a high-pressure hose to clean pathways and walkways.
  3. Wipe down outdoor seating and fixtures with a sanitising solution.
  4. Dust and clean outdoor signage using a microfibre cloth.
  5. Empty rubbish bins and replace liners, then sanitise the bins.
  6. Clean water features and fountains using appropriate cleaning agents.
  7. Ensure all cleaning activities are conducted using colour-coded cleaning systems to prevent cross-contamination.

Performance Level Criteria
Excellent All areas are free of rubbish and debris, pathways are spotless, outdoor fixtures are sanitised and free of dust, bins are empty and sanitised, water features are clear and clean.
Good Minor amounts of dust or debris present, pathways are mostly clean, outdoor fixtures are mostly sanitised, bins are empty but not fully sanitised, water features are mostly clear.
Pass Noticeable dust or debris, pathways have visible dirt, outdoor fixtures are partially sanitised, bins are not fully emptied or sanitised, water features have some dirt.
Fail Significant rubbish or debris, pathways are dirty, outdoor fixtures are not sanitised, bins are full and unsanitised, water features are dirty.
