Scope of Work

  • Remove all rubbish and debris from the parade ground.
  • Sweep and mop hard surfaces to remove dirt and stains.
  • Sanitise all high-touch surfaces, including handrails and benches.
  • Ensure all rubbish bins are emptied and cleaned.
  • Inspect and clean any signage for visibility and cleanliness.
  • Remove any graffiti or markings from surfaces.
  • Ensure all drains and gutters are free from blockages and debris.

Method

  1. Conduct a visual inspection of the parade ground to identify areas requiring attention.
  2. Use a broom and dustpan to collect loose debris and rubbish.
  3. Utilise a mop and bucket with appropriate cleaning solution to mop hard surfaces.
  4. Apply sanitiser to high-touch surfaces using a cloth or spray bottle.
  5. Empty rubbish bins and replace liners as needed.
  6. Use a pressure washer for stubborn stains or graffiti removal.
  7. Check and clear drains and gutters of any obstructions.

Good Minor rubbish or debris present; surfaces are mostly clean with minimal streaks; high-touch areas are mostly sanitised; bins are mostly empty and clean; signage is mostly clear; minimal graffiti or markings; drains and gutters mostly clear.
Pass Some rubbish or debris present; surfaces show some dirt or streaks; high-touch areas partially sanitised; bins are partially full; signage is legible but not clear; some graffiti or markings; drains and gutters have minor blockages.
Fail Significant rubbish or debris present; surfaces are dirty or stained; high-touch areas are not sanitised; bins are full or overflowing; signage is not legible; graffiti or markings are prominent; drains and gutters are blocked.
