Method

  1. Begin by dusting all surfaces using a microfiber cloth to capture dust particles.
  2. Vacuum carpeted areas using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner to ensure dust and allergens are removed.
  3. Mop hard floors with a neutral pH cleaner to avoid damage to flooring materials.
  4. Use an EPA-registered disinfectant to sanitize high-touch areas, ensuring contact time as per product instructions.
  5. Empty waste bins, ensuring proper disposal of waste, and replace liners with new ones.
  6. Clean glass surfaces with a streak-free glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth.
  7. Wipe down office equipment with alcohol-based disinfectant wipes, avoiding excess moisture.

Fail Visible dirt, stains, or debris present. Unacceptable odors or untidy appearance. Cleaning tasks incomplete or inadequate. Requires immediate re-cleaning.
