Scope of Work

  • Dust all surfaces including furniture, window sills, and ledges.
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly.
  • Mop hard floors with appropriate cleaning solution.
  • Sanitise high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and remote controls.
  • Clean and sanitise bathroom facilities including toilet, sink, and shower.
  • Empty rubbish bins and replace liners.
  • Check and restock supplies such as toilet paper, tissues, and hand soap.
  • Ensure no unpleasant odours are present.

Method

  1. Prepare cleaning trolley with colour-coded cleaning cloths and appropriate cleaning agents.
  2. Dust surfaces using a damp microfibre cloth to capture dust effectively.
  3. Vacuum carpets using a HEPA-filter vacuum cleaner to reduce allergens.
  4. Mop floors using a two-bucket system to prevent cross-contamination.
  5. Sanitise high-touch areas with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
  6. Clean bathroom facilities using a non-abrasive cleaner and sanitiser.
  7. Dispose of rubbish in designated waste disposal areas and replace bin liners.
  8. Conduct a final inspection to ensure all areas are clean and sanitised.

Fail Surfaces are dusty. Unpleasant odours present. High-touch areas are not sanitised. Floors are dirty with visible marks. Bathroom facilities are unclean with visible stains and residues.
